Rates
 

• $100 per 50-minute session
• Pay for 5 sessions in advance for $450 (save $50)
• Pay for 10 sessions in advance for $850 (save $150)
• Groups are $40 per person per session with a maximum of 6 participants per group
• All payments can be made via Paypal in the MAKE A PAYMENT section or with cash/check at the time of session.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?                                                                                               
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I currently am a provider for  Blue Shield, Aetna , Life Synch, Human Behavioral Associates (HBA), Sutter EAP and Managed Health Network (MHN)  insurances.  I also can provide out of network services when applicable.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee (sliding scale) services are available on a limited basis

Victims of Crime /Victim Compensation Program
I am a provider for those who have qualified for mental health services through the Department of Justice Victim Compensation program.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Go to the  MAKE A PAYMENT  section to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
